BEVERLY BESEDA

Owner / Certified Pilates Instructor

Beverly Beseda has opened Bodywise Pilates Studio in Suite 102 of the New Melle Town Square, 30 W. Hwy. D, New Melle, MO. Beverly is a certified Pilates Instructor and earned her 500-hour teacher training certificate through Master Michele Larrson, Core Dynamics in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She also studied under Mary Ellen Bryan, Central Studio STL.

Beverly graduated from Athens State University with a BS degree in Education. Her interest in Pilates began while taking mat classes at a studio in Huntsville, AL. There she developed a love and passion for the method and began her journey into teaching.  Beverly said Pilates transformed her posture, endurance, and strength, develop flexibility, promoted long lean muscles, and decompressed joints with a whole body core connection the way no other form of exercise has.

Beverly is dedicated to teaching the benefits of Pilates and loves seeing her clients reach their individual fitness goals. Her lifelong goal is to continue practicing the Pilates Method daily; and to share her passion and knowledge with others so they, too, can enjoy the benefits of Pilates.

Classes are now enrolling,  Monday through Saturday, and private lessons are available by appointment.  The studio will also carry grippy toe socks which Beverly recommends wearing during the lessons.

STEPHANIE DIESTELKAMP

Personal Trainer, Senior Fitness Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Indoor Cycling instructor, through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Stephanie Diestelkamp found her passion and career with Pilates in 2014.  Stephanie was raised by health conscience, fitness-minded parents, who still workout regularly. This led to strong interest in health and fitness in her adult life.  She started running and racing in her mid-20’s, and later expanded into triathlons. She completed over twenty triathlon races including going to one USAT Nationals race. Recently, she continues to work out for her health and fitness.

Stephanie is married and a mother of two girls.  Being an independent business owner/operator has left enough time to be a stay at home mom and enjoy her girls’ youth.  In 2019, she sold her healthy vending machine business to spend more time with her kids and exercise classes - both teaching and taking various types of classes.

She is a certified Mat Pilates Instructor through Personal Best-Pilates Instructors Academy (which exceeds the requirements to sit for the Certified Pilates Teacher (CPT) examination offered by the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA)). A certified Reformer Pilates instructor through National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA), an NCCA accredited organization.
